All Trinito SSL Certificates are delivered electronically, normally via email.
Once you have successfully placed an order on our web site for your SSL Certificate you will be required to provide a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) to the relevant Certificate Authority (CA).
The CSR contains information about the domain the you wish to secure, and needs to created in your web site control panel. On receipt of the CSR the CA will contact the domain owner for verification and once that’s obtained the SSL Certificate will be issued.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the SSL Certificate purchased from Trinito, you may cancel the Certificate within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
If Trinito or the Certificate Authority deem that the Certificate was purchased for fraudulent use, the purchaser is not entitled to any refund and the SSL Certificate or Web Security product will be immediately cancelled or revoked.
